Your role: We are looking for someone who wants to work in a varied and developing position at our healthcare center. Part of your role will involve running your own clinic for our diabetes patients, where you will be responsible for follow-up, advice, and planning of care interventions. In addition to work at the diabetes clinic, you will have standard tasks at the healthcare center such as telephone advice, sample collection, outpatient work, and coordination of patient flows. You will become an important part of an engaged team where we value collaboration, quality, and a good approach. About you: We are looking for a licensed nurse or district nurse who has diabetes competence or experience working with diabetes patients.
