**Information about the Workplace**
We are a small, family-oriented healthcare center located within walking distance from Upplands Väsby train station.
Currently, we have approximately 5,000 registered patients, and our home healthcare service encompasses around 70 patients. Our home healthcare team consists of two nurses and one nursing assistant.
**Job Responsibilities**
You will work partly in an administrative capacity and the remainder of the time clinically in home healthcare. You will conduct daily home visits, perform standard tasks associated with home healthcare, work in LifeCare, and carry out SIPs (Structured Individual Plans).
You will have overall responsibility for daily operations, lead daily meetings as well as weekly meetings, and support staff in planning home healthcare.
Once a year, you will conduct performance reviews and salary discussions with the home healthcare staff.
You will be part of the healthcare center's management team and will collaborate closely with the supervising nurse at the clinic.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for a licensed nurse with experience in home healthcare/primary care. A valid B driver's license is required. You must have a strong command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Experience in leadership is an advantage.

**Additional Information**
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Start date is negotiable. Salary is individualized. This is a full-time position. Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year.
