Job Responsibilities As a district nurse or registered nurse with us, you have a key role in the healthcare team. You'll be responsible for healthcare interventions in primary care, conduct health examinations, and work preventatively. You'll help develop new working methods and care approaches, and collaborate closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure care that considers the whole person. Qualifications We are seeking a licensed nurse, with or without specialist training as a district nurse or other relevant advanced education. Experience with municipal primary care and dementia care is meritorious. You are empathetic, innovative, and have good collaborative abilities. You are driven to find solutions and want to help develop future healthcare. Conditions This is a permanent position Work schedule is Monday to Sunday, covering 38.25 hours per week. We want to ensure a good start for you. Therefore, you'll receive introduction both at your unit and in Sotenäs Municipality. You'll also be offered continuous skills development, wellness allowance, and salary exchange options. A background check will be requested before potential employment.
