**About the Role and Your Responsibilities**
The work involves both planned, regularly recurring interventions, as well as more urgent actions such as emergency assessments and other interventions that need to be addressed during on-call hours.
The patient group primarily consists of elderly citizens in the municipality, but the area of responsibility also extends to the municipality's LSS operations and home care for younger individuals (18-65 years).
Examples of tasks you will encounter include emergency assessments according to A-E, palliative assessments and death cases, catheter issues, tube feeding with nasogastric tubes, contact with Falck and the Mobile Care Team, guidance for nursing staff, telephone advice, as well as handling various infusion equipment and dialysis (both bag and machine dialysis).
**We Are Looking For You**
We are seeking a licensed nurse. The assignment requires that you are confident in your profession and have worked for a few years within municipal care and support.
You listen, communicate, and resolve situations constructively. Your commitment to working with people is strong, and your approach is pedagogical and positive. You have the ability to work independently and make decisions based on your own assessments and decision support. Experience from an independent position within the profession is an advantage.
We particularly value that you are structured and meticulous in your work.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, have good knowledge of digital work tools, and possess a B driver's license.
**About the Workplace**
All licensed staff are part of a team-based healthcare organization, focusing on collaboration, education, and development, where efforts are coordinated and planned together. Within the care and support administration, there is a centralized organization of nurses who work evenings/nights and provide services according to HSL to patients within home care, LSS, and our special accommodations. The guidelines of the Care Handbook are our guiding star, and we prioritize good staffing.
When working nights as a nurse in Lund Municipality, the working hours are 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a full-time work measure of 34.33 hours/week.
