About the roles and your responsibilities
In regular home healthcare, the patients are 65 years and older. We are now looking for new colleagues for 2 of our 16 home care areas, Linero and Östra Torn. You will be based in your home care area and will be part of a team with several other professionals. Together, you will plan and carry out well-adapted health and medical care interventions.
Nurses in home care for younger individuals work specifically with patients aged 20-65. In this role, you will be based in centrally located facilities and will have very close collaboration with the LSS operations. You will work independently as well as in teams with other professionals. We are looking for two nurses for home care for younger individuals.
As a nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff. We offer cross-municipal training for nursing staff prior to delegation. Each training session concludes with a digital knowledge test to ensure that the individual has adequate knowledge for the tasks. This provides you as a nurse with a basis for the delegation process, allowing you to feel confident in your decisions.
As a nurse with us, you have great opportunities to plan your day, enhance your skills, and contribute to the development of the operations. Working hours: scheduled daytime shifts with duty every 8th weekend in weekend collaboration. Full-time equivalent is 38.25 hours/week.

We are looking for you
who is a licensed nurse. Having a few years of experience as a nurse is an advantage, as is further education in psychiatry or as a district nurse.
You listen, communicate, and resolve situations constructively. Your commitment to working with people is strong, and your approach is pedagogical and positive. As a person, you are structured and meticulous in your work. You are also confident and comfortable prioritizing and leading work with a focus on quality and patient safety.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, have good knowledge of digital work tools, and possess a B driver's license. Cycling experience is required.
