About the Position In this role, you will be responsible as a nursing care manager for planning, executing, and following up on prescribed medical and care interventions. Your responsibilities also include guiding colleagues on various care-related issues, providing telephone advice, and delegating tasks. You will be a crucial part of our work in person-centered care, BPSD, and palliative care through NVP. Work hours are primarily during weekdays, Monday to Friday, with every 6th weekend. The position also includes 3 evening shifts every 6 weeks. During evenings and weekends, you will be responsible for multiple care facilities and may need to travel between them using Tiohundra's car, thus a driver's license (B-license) is required. Your work tasks include: - Leading care work in consultation with the team - Collaboration with team members including care staff, rehabilitation, doctors, dieticians, etc. - Guiding colleagues on various care-related issues - Working in a person-centered manner with BPSD and palliative care through NVP - Telephone advice - Delegation Our Offer: We offer a wellness benefit of 5000 kr per year. About You: For this position, you need to: - Be a licensed nurse - Hold a B-driver's license with driving experience - Have experience in elderly care - Excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written) - Good computer and system skills It is advantageous if you also have: - Advanced training in elderly care or palliative care As a nurse with us, you need to be proactive and able to work independently while being flexible and having good collaboration skills. About Us: Eneberg is one of our elderly care facilities with 72 apartments located on Lundmansgatan in central Norrtälje. Of these, 25 apartments are intended for people with dementia, divided into 3 units. The remaining 47 apartments are care places. Here, care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and doctors work together with the unit manager, deputy manager, and coordinator in a team. All to enable staff to provide residents with a meaningful day. We are a nursing group of approximately 20 nurses working at Tiohundra's nine care facilities in the municipality.
