About this role
We are now looking for a nurse/district nurse who wants to help develop HMC in Lomma. HMC in Lomma is part of the Medtanken Group, which operates healthcare centers, child health clinics, maternal healthcare, and occupational health services at several locations in Skåne.
Our operations have been running since 2012, and we are located in pleasant, bright premises just a stone's throw from the sea. It is close to the beach promenade and many lunch restaurants around the corner. You can easily reach your workplace by bike, bus, train, or car (8 minutes by train from Malmö).
HMC Lomma has healthcare agreements with Region Skåne for a healthcare center with specialist clinics (diabetes, asthma/COPD, and geriatric clinics), psychologist, occupational therapist, dietitian, and physiotherapist. We value good communication and always focus on the best interests of our patients. You will be part of a strong interdisciplinary team that enjoys working together and collaborates closely with a non-judgmental approach towards our patients and colleagues. We actively work on behavior change and strive to provide our patients with the conditions for good health.
All employees are covered by a collective agreement.
**About the position**
The work involves standard tasks for a nurse within primary care, including reception work, vaccinations, and telephone counseling. You will collaborate with all professional roles in the unit and be involved in the development work of the organization. Based on your experiences from primary care, we have the opportunity to tailor the position to match your skills and our needs.
**About you**
We are looking for a licensed nurse/district nurse. We prefer that you have good experience with documentation in the PMO journal system. It is an advantage if you have training in diabetes. Furthermore, we hope you also:
- Have experience in primary care
- Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, making it easy to communicate and build relationships
- Are confident both personally and professionally
- Are driven to meet patients where they are and have a desire to take responsibility for the overall patient care experience
- Appreciate a smaller organization with short decision-making paths and a flexible working approach through close real-time collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Want to be involved in developing a growing healthcare center
