About this role
At Region Dalarna, you will have meaningful work where you can make a difference. Together, we work towards a sustainable Dalarna with development power in all parts of the county.
We are now seeking a nurse for the Urgent Care Clinic. The Urgent Care Clinic opened on 1/6-21 and is a welcoming facility where patients can seek care directly. The Urgent Care Clinic is part of Good and Nearby Care, aiming to create security and closer care for the population of Västerbergslagens through increased accessibility. Our mission is to offer acute medical care for children and adults that cannot wait but do not require hospital emergency resources.
We work in two teams, triage team and field team, where all employees are given significant personal responsibility for their tasks and we strive for everyone to have their own areas of responsibility. All our patients arrive via walk-in and are first assessed by a nurse and nursing assistant in Triage. Subsequent management/final management is done by a doctor or assessed and fully treated by a nurse in the field.
