WORK TASKS
With us, you play a crucial role in our operations for both blood donors and the healthcare that depends on reliable analyses. You work closely with both donors and colleagues where your contribution makes a difference every day.
Primary Work Tasks
• Reception of both new and previous blood donors, reviewing health declarations and blood donation
• Performing laboratory work and sample reception
• Venous and capillary sampling
• Working with assessment and technical approval of analysis results, suggesting actions and troubleshooting deviations
• Administrative tasks such as email and TeleQ
• Participating in improvement and development work
We work according to a rotating schedule that allows you to broaden your competence across several sections. The position involves only daytime work Monday - Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with an eye for doing things right and who enjoys taking responsibility for quality at every step. In our operations, it is important that you can work methodically and follow routines while being attentive and flexible when interacting with others - both colleagues and blood donors. You contribute to good teamwork and have the ability to adapt your approach according to situation and individual.
To Succeed in the Role, Requirements Include:
• Swedish authorization to work as a nurse or biomedical analyst
• Excellent Swedish language skills at a minimum C1 level
Experience with venous sampling and reception work is meritorious.
