WORK TASKS With us, you play a crucial role in our operations for both blood donors and the healthcare that depends on reliable analyses. You work closely with both donors and colleagues where your contribution makes a difference every day. Primary Work Tasks • Reception of both new and previous blood donors, reviewing health declarations and blood donation • Performing laboratory work and sample reception • Venous and capillary sampling • Working with assessment and technical approval of analysis results, suggesting actions and troubleshooting deviations • Administrative tasks such as email and TeleQ • Participating in improvement and development work We work according to a rotating schedule that allows you to broaden your competence across several sections. The position involves only daytime work Monday - Friday. You contribute to good teamwork and have the ability to adapt your approach according to situation and individual. To Succeed in the Role, Requirements Include: • Swedish authorization to work as a nurse or biomedical analyst • Excellent Swedish language skills at a minimum C1 level Experience with venous sampling and reception work is meritorious.
