Närhälsan Tuve Healthcare Center is a well-established healthcare center on Hisingen with approximately 10,700 registered patients.

About the Position
Your tasks will span a broad field within general medicine, meeting patients of all ages and in various situations. You'll work in preventive, advisory, and treatment capacities in primary care, through phone consultations, home visits, digital consultations, and in-person appointments.
Work involves both acute and planned activities. You'll work largely independently with your own patient reception, triaging, treating, and following up on patients. Close collaboration occurs with colleagues within the unit, in interprofessional teams, and with other actors like home healthcare and specialized medical services.
About You
You are a licensed nurse. Experience in primary care and/or a 7.5 credit supervisory education is meritorious, but we also welcome recent graduates.
We seek someone who takes initiative, is comfortable making independent decisions, is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and can efficiently prioritize tasks.
You'll interact with many patients, so you should be accommodating, perceptive, and willing to help others. We believe you'll enjoy teamwork, collaborate naturally with colleagues, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be an engaged, attentive listener during digital and in-person meetings.
