About the Workplace The municipal Primary Care in Norberg Municipality consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants. In the team, we all work together to create a good work environment, and the collegial climate is excellent. In Norberg Municipality, we have two nursing homes, Björkängen and the dementia care facility Granbacken, a short-term care unit, three areas within ordinary housing, and LSS. Job Responsibilities As a nurse with us, you are responsible for high-quality healthcare within the entire municipal primary care mission. You assess, plan, perform, evaluate, and document healthcare interventions based on the nursing profession. You guide and lead care personnel during day and evening work. In the role, great importance is placed on close collaboration with other professional categories. You work together with care personnel, the patient, and their relatives, with the patient in focus. The work includes evening and weekend shifts where you work as the sole nurse. Qualifications and Competencies Licensed nurse. To thrive in the role, you need to be independent, creative, and able to take initiative with significant personal responsibility. We also seek someone who can lead and distribute work and be flexible. We are looking for a candidate with good collaborative skills and communication abilities. As documentation and communication are a large part of the job, it is important that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in municipal primary care is meritorious. A driver's license is required for the position.
