We are currently seeking substitutes for both night and day shifts.
Your responsibilities will include nursing, health and medical care measures, assessments, and documentation according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You will have great opportunities to plan and organize your workday.
Your Profile
As a nurse, you will work in teams with various professional categories around the residents, while maintaining an independent work approach. The role requires you to be positive, collaborative, and creative, taking initiative and responsibility. You are engaged by contributing to a learning organization and sharing your knowledge. You are service-oriented by always showing good interpersonal skills and keeping the customer in focus. We appreciate a cost- and environmentally-conscious approach. You are loyal and an ambassador for the organization. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a licensed nurse with Swedish nursing credentials. We prefer candidates with experience in elderly care. Relevant further education is meritorious, such as in geriatrics, psychiatry, or medicine/surgery or similar.
