In our department, we work in three care teams with 8 available beds + 2 overflow beds in each team. In the team, you will collaborate with 2 nursing assistants and 1 healthcare assistant. The patients in our care group will have varying levels of care needs, ranging from acute patients to those who are ready for discharge. The work pace is high and places significant demands on the competence and responsibility of everyone in the team to ensure patient safety. The work is varied, focusing on pre- and post-operative care, as well as trauma and infection patients. What do you envision?
