Description We are seeking a nurse for our care and nursing facility Gillersgården. The position also involves work at the facility Fyrklövern during evenings and weekends. With us, you will have an exciting and developing role where you contribute to ensuring our patients receive safe and person-centered care. The position is a temporary contract running until December 31, 2026. Responsibilities You will have nursing responsibility for patients within municipal healthcare. Your work will include: - Independent medical assessments and treatments. - Planning, execution, and follow-up of nursing interventions. - Guidance for care staff in health and nursing matters. - Close collaboration with the unit manager, case officers, occupational therapists, and care staff who work together for the benefit of the patient. Qualifications - Licensed nurse. - Experience in elderly care is advantageous. - Good collaborative skills and ability to work independently. - Structured, flexible, and meticulous, with a holistic perspective on tasks. - Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written communication. - Good knowledge of legislation governing nursing work. We expect you to be - Empathetic, responsible, and engaged in the well-being of patients. - A good communicator and a positive team player willing to contribute to the team’s success. Conditions We will conduct ongoing selection throughout this recruitment process, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
