**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are currently seeking a nursing responsible nurse for Pajala Municipality. You will work in a special accommodation setting, with working hours during the day from Monday to Friday.
As a nurse at Pajala Municipality, you will have a varied and independent role. Your responsibilities include performing medical assessments, medication management, and leading the nursing work in collaboration with nursing assistants and other staff. You will work closely with residents, relatives, and colleagues to create the best possible quality of life.
You will be part of the municipality's Health and Medical Care Unit, which, in addition to nurses, consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and district nurses.
Your responsibilities include:
• Assessment and follow-up of residents' health status
• Planning and documentation in the journal system
• Collaboration with doctors and other professionals
• Guidance and support to nursing staff
• Active participation in quality and development work
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a genuine interest in elderly care and person-centered care
• Has good collaboration skills
• Has experience in municipal care or nursing homes (meritorious)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
