Nurse As a nurse with us, you will become an important part of a dedicated team working to provide our patients with safe, person-centered, and comprehensive care. The entire healthcare operation is based in shared facilities. You will work with health and medical interventions for individuals enrolled in municipal primary care, both in regular housing, in special housing, short-term units, and within LSS. Job Responsibilities Your tasks will include: • Responsibility for both planned and urgent healthcare interventions for patients of all ages. • Conducting medical assessments, treatments, procedures, and follow-ups. • Varied tasks from common interventions such as medication management, sample collection, and wound treatment to more advanced interventions like palliative care, dialysis, infusions, and management of tracheostomy, central venous catheters/port-a-caths, and drains. • Delegating and providing support and guidance to care staff. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Is a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in municipal healthcare. • Specialized training is meritorious. • Has a person-centered approach. • Enjoys working both independently and in teams. • Has good planning, documentation, and collaboration skills. • Contributes with your expertise and positive approach to provide the best possible patient care. • Driving license for a manual transmission car is required.
