Your Role:
As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' car rental experience from booking and pickup to return, as well as handle follow-ups and incoming inquiries.
Working Hours:
You and your colleagues will work on a rotating schedule, alternating between opening and closing shifts, and weekend work every other week. The station's opening hours are:
Weekdays: 07:00-19:00
Saturdays: 08:00-15:00
Sundays: 12:00-16:00
This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
Your Responsibilities:
• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Car cleaning and damage inspection.
• Administrative tasks.

You have:
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• A valid category B driver's license (manual) for at least 1 year.
