Site Manager - Site Östra Ljungby

As Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our site in Östra Ljungby – where you will lead daily operations, develop processes, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure a safe and secure working environment for our employees. We are looking for someone with experience in leadership roles within third-party logistics (3PL), who is business-driven, analytical, and genuinely committed to both people and results. At Boxflow, you will be part of a culture characterized by forward-thinking, collaboration, and development – here you will have the space to influence and grow with us. **Responsibilities** As Site Manager with us, you will be responsible for: - Leading and overseeing daily operations at Boxflow’s site in Östra Ljungby, including transport and warehousing services. - Leading the implementation of new customers and projects at the site. - Ensuring that operational processes comply with company guidelines, policies, and quality requirements. - Being responsible for systematic and proactive workplace safety efforts – ensuring that we have a safe, secure, and sustainable workplace for all employees. - Driving improvement and development initiatives, for example through 5S or similar methodologies. - Managing budget, results, and financial follow-up – the site is experiencing strong growth. - Leading and developing a team of approximately 35 collective employees and 7 administrative/middle managers. - Recruiting, training, and motivating staff to ensure a well-functioning and engaged organization. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. **Profile & Background** - Experience in leadership positions within third-party logistics (3PL) or a related field. - An analytical and data-driven leader who uses facts to make informed decisions. - Strong communication skills and a natural ability to motivate and engage others. - A strong business acumen and comfort in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. - A genuine commitment to workplace safety, security, and employee well-being. - Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar. - Strong IT skills, preferably with experience in Ongoing and O365. **We Offer** At Boxflow, you will receive more than just a job – you will become part of a culture characterized by forward-thinking, collaboration, and development.
