State Institutions Board, SiS, is a government agency responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for youth with complex psychosocial problems and adults with substance abuse. Job Description
SiS Legal Department is growing, and we are seeking two administrators for a newly established section within the department, the Section for Registry and Public Documents.
In addition to the newly established section, the Legal Department consists of three sections: sections for Agency Law, Business Law, and Information Supply. The newly established section is responsible for the registry function and matters concerning the release of public documents. Initially, eleven employees will be placed in the section, including three lawyers, two administrators, and six registrars.
As an administrator in the Section for Registry and Public Documents, you will primarily work on coordinating and administering matters related to the release of public documents. This involves monitoring the functional mailbox, handling incoming inquiries, and following up and managing these. For complex cases, the matter will be reviewed in dialogue with a lawyer. Other administrative tasks may also occur within the scope of the position.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Completed high school education
• Some years of work experience in administration
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as vocational education as a legal administrator, administrator, or registrar
• University courses in law/legal science
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience handling the release of public documents
• Experience working in case management systems
• Knowledge of public access and confidentiality

Employment:
The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting with a six-month probationary period.
Commencement as soon as possible by agreement.
