About the position
This is a varied full-time position where you will combine several important roles within our organization. You will meet customers, participants, and families daily, becoming a central part of their experience with us.
Your responsibilities
• Swim School Teacher
You will lead and develop our swim school groups for different ages and levels, focusing on safety, technique, and enjoyment of swimming.
• Baby Swim Instructor
You will introduce the youngest children to the water through playful and safe exercises together with their parents.
• Water Aerobics Leader
You will plan and lead energetic and effective water aerobics classes for adult participants.
• Reception & Service
You will be our face at the reception, working with customer service, bookings, sales, and light administrative tasks. You will also help keep the facility clean, welcoming, and organized.
We are looking for someone who
• Has experience and training in leading swim school and baby swim classes.
• Has previous experience in water aerobics or group training – beneficial but not required.
• Is responsible, pedagogical, and has a natural ability to motivate and engage.
• Is attentive, communicative, and passionate about providing first-class service.
• Enjoys working in a team and contributes to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Holds a valid CPR certification (beneficial – otherwise, we offer training).
• Is flexible with working hours as evening and weekend shifts are required.
