Swimming School and Development Coordinator for Turebergs Swimming Club – Build the future with us!
We are now looking for someone to drive our swimming school and development activities and help lead our association into the next chapter. Turebergs Swimming Club is entering an exciting and transformative period with significant changes. While our regular swimming pool undergoes renovation, we will continue our activities in a temporary pool – with the goal of emerging even stronger once the renovation is complete. Our association is characterized by community, joy, and commitment, with swimming at all levels – from swimming school to training and competition at a high level.
We are seeking someone who is flexible, proactive, and has a strong personal drive. You see opportunities in change, actively contribute to our continued development, and simultaneously build your own skills as the organization grows and takes new steps forward.
About the position
In your role as Swimming School and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the swimming school activities as well as our challenge groups. The position includes administrative tasks related to the operations.
You will work closely with the head coach and the club manager. Your engagement in the swimming school and challenge groups will create a solid foundation for the training and competition activities. Together, we will lay the groundwork for a thriving, sustainable, and successful swimming club.
