Ekerö Swimming Pool opened its doors in June 2023 and is a modern facility focused on the health of our citizens, offering space for exercise, recreation, play, and training. Ekerö Swimming Pool is part of the Sports Facilities and Recreation Unit, where we work to create conditions for all Ekerö residents to be physically active. **Job Description**

**We are looking for swimming instructors and crawl instructors!**
Do you want to inspire and develop people in the water? We are now seeking dedicated swimming instructors for children aged 5–15 years and crawl instructors for youth and adults.
- **Swimming Instructor:** You will teach children basic swimming skills according to the Swedish Swimming Association's educational guidelines. The focus is on water safety, comfort, and swimming technique.
- **Crawl Instructor:** You will lead courses for youth and adults who want to learn how to swim crawl or improve their crawl technique, providing individual feedback and technical exercises.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who:
- Has training as a swimming instructor from the Swedish Swimming Association or equivalent.
- Is comfortable in the water and possesses good pedagogical skills.
- Is positive, responsible, and enjoys working with people.
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience in teaching swimming.
- Lifeguard and CPR training.
**Start Date:** As soon as possible by agreement
**Working Hours:** Evenings and weekends.
**Scope:** One or more shifts per week, ranging from 2-6 hours per occasion
