Turebergs Swimming Club is located in Sollentuna, just outside Stockholm. We have approximately 1,600 active members, of which over 1,000 are involved in our swimming school activities, with the remainder participating in other programs, from beginner to elite levels. The club was founded in 1972, and we have been running swimming school activities since 2000.
The workplace is our own pool, TSK Arena, in Häggvik, Sollentuna.
As a swimming instructor, you will plan and lead lessons in several of our swimming school groups for children aged 5 and up. You will work actively in the water and in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will organize diplomas, write level recommendations, and communicate with parents on the poolside. You will participate in the club's leadership meetings and provide input on how we can continuously develop together. Instruction takes place in both the teaching pool and the main pool. The activities primarily follow the guidelines of the Swedish Swimming Federation for swimming school operations.

• are primarily a qualified swimming instructor with experience in the role, but also for those with a background as a swimmer/coach or experience in other work with children.
• have excellent water skills and good swimming abilities.

Employment type: Fixed-term, spring semester 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Scope: Part-time, as agreed.
Working hours:
Saturday: Shift 1: 08:45-12:20, Shift 2: 13:00-16:45.
Sunday: Shift 1: 08:45-12:20, Shift 2: 13:00-16:45.
Salary: Starting salary for internally trained swimming instructors is 120 SEK/hour, with additional pay for education and experience.
Start: Immediately or as agreed.
Hiring process: Initial short phone interview, followed by trial work in the swimming school on two occasions.
