We are seeking a resource teacher with significant experience working at the secondary level and post-secondary education in a pedagogical direction. The tasks will vary from providing support for individual students, smaller groups, and larger classes. Your role is to support students throughout the school day and to be a present adult in addition to the teacher, during both lessons and breaks. As a resource teacher, you will have the opportunity to be involved in both practical and aesthetic subjects as well as theoretical subjects. Some teaching may also occur, and mentorship for students may be relevant.
It is important to us that you, as a resource teacher, are flexible and good at collaborating with colleagues, students, and guardians.
