RFSU AB is growing, and Made for Sales has been entrusted with recruiting a Shopper Marketing Manager for a one-year maternity cover starting in early February 2026. In the role of Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing RFSU's potential, placement, and visibility in stores across all Nordic countries, as well as identifying needs that provide the best possible exposure for the product portfolio in retail. You will coordinate and adapt marketing materials and product information for various channels and be responsible for the design, production, and distribution of POS materials and other tools that enhance the shopper experience for RFSU's brands, RFSU, Carmex, and Tunto, within grocery retail, service trade, and pharmacies. You will report to the Head of Trade Marketing. Overall responsibilities and tasks include: • Planning, anchoring, and executing shopper marketing strategies in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. • Developing and following up on shopper activations with set OKRs, such as POS materials and consumer activations that engage shoppers, salespeople, and store staff. • Coordinating plans between marketing and sales to link marketing strategies and sales goals to create the best possible conditions for generating the desired effect in-store. • Setting requirements for external agencies to ensure quality delivery. • Collaborating with the sales team leader to plan focus areas and create materials for various sales teams and channels, as well as presenting this at sales team conferences. • Conducting joint visits with sales representatives and Key Account Managers to stay updated on store trends and market needs. We are looking for someone with at least 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector, where you have either worked with or closely related to trade, customer, or shopper marketing, as well as experience in setting requirements for external agencies. To succeed in this role, you need to be a good communicator with the ability or potential to lead projects and coordinate them with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in project management and in establishing and effectively driving plans in relation to budgets is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and as you will be working in the Nordic market, fluency in both Swedish and English is required. To thrive in this role, you need to be a structured team player with a good sense of the craftsmanship required to create visually appealing and practical solutions that cut through the noise and add value in-store. You are creative and driven by the desire to think outside the box and adjust various solutions to find the right fit, while also having a solid understanding of the value of continuing with a winning concept. You are attentive yet a go-getter who takes great responsibility for your work and has the perseverance to find a way forward.
