**About the Role**
As Rituals' new Store Manager, you will be responsible for the store's customer experience and sales targets. This includes, among other things, that you:
• Work closely with the Area Manager to drive the store's sales, set KPIs, and ensure success in your store.
• Develop monthly plans based on productivity goals.
• Ensure optimal store administration (HR and recruitment, scheduling, cash control, and security), as well as manage the store's budget.
• Handle product inventory and daily store routines, such as keeping track of stock and ensuring the store is clean and fresh.
• Foster well-being and engagement among employees through regular, personal meetings that create genuine relationships with the store team. You will also organize store meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on areas for further development.

**Requirements**
As a Store Manager, you are an inspiring, supportive, and results-oriented leader. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and driving others to reach their full potential. In addition, you have:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a store manager in retail or customer service.
• Knowledge of leadership (e.g., communication and coaching, as well as developing others).
• The ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions.
• A collaborative, responsive, and communicative approach.
• Good system and data skills.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years or older.
