About the Role
As Rituals' new Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's customer experience and sales targets. This includes:
• Closely collaborating with the Area Manager to drive store sales, set KPIs, and achieve store success.
• Developing monthly plans based on productivity goals.
• Ensuring optimal store administration (HR and recruitment, scheduling, cash control, and security), as well as managing the store's budget.
• Managing product inventory and daily store routines such as maintaining stock organization and ensuring the store is clean and fresh.
• Driving employee well-being and engagement through regular, personal meetings that create genuine relationships with the store team. You will also organize store meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on areas for further development.

Requirements
As a Store Manager, you are an inspiring, supportive, and results-driven leader. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and driving others to reach their full potential. Additionally, you have:
• At least 3 years of relevant store management experience in retail or customer service.
• Leadership skills (e.g., communication, coaching, and developing others).
• Ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions.
• Collaborative, responsive, and communicative.
• Good system and computer skills.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
