Mister York served its first burger from a food truck in summer 2020. Today, we are opening full-scale fast-food restaurants while continuing to develop our smaller container units. What Does the Shift Leader Role at Mister York Entail? A Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring daily operations follow Mister York's procedures to achieve set KPIs and meet sales projections during their shift. Together with Managers and other Shift Leaders, you will be part of the restaurant's management team.
As a Shift Leader, you will manage shifts and be responsible for the entire restaurant's operations. Duties include:
• Leading shifts through responsibility, participation, and task delegation
• Routine reporting to Manager
• Spreading energy and joy to employees to pass on to guests
• Coaching employees
• Receiving and checking supplier deliveries
• Purchasing goods
• Training new employees
• Responsibility for self-control programs, checklists, and procedure adherence
A Shift Leader has full responsibility for the unit's results during their managed shift. Results encompass customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality.

Employment Scope: 70-100%
Start Date: By agreement
Wage Form: Hourly wage
Work Hours: Varying; day, evening, and weekend shifts
Mister York is covered by collective bargaining agreement.
