Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute, develop, and make a real difference. **Your Responsibilities** We are now looking for an engaged SFI teacher for Södertälje Adult Education, who can work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in a safe and well-organized educational environment. As a teacher with us, you will be part of a professional context where planning, delivering instruction, assessment, and ongoing communication with students and colleagues are central parts of your role. We work with clear pedagogical structures and well-developed plans, which create stability and provide you with good conditions to focus on quality teaching. You will teach adult learners with diverse backgrounds and experiences, making the role both meaningful and developmental. We primarily use Office 365, V-klass, and Teams in our work, and we would appreciate your experience with these or similar digital tools. The position also involves scheduled evening work. Therefore, you are expected to be able to teach and be available for students on certain evenings of the week, which helps us offer flexible study opportunities for our adult learners. **Who Are You?** **Requirements:** - Certified SFI teacher **Meritorious:** - Good experience in teaching, grading, and assessment. - Experience working with adults, particularly in an intercultural context, is advantageous. **Personal Qualities:** We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and believe that you feel a strong personal responsibility, are structured, and want to work independently and without pretension. If you also have a high ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, sometimes under high time pressure, enjoy collaborating, and are flexible, we are the right place for you.
