What does the role involve?
You are the first person guests meet in our restaurant, so it is crucial that you have a warm approach and are attentive to details and guest needs. You have a burning passion for food and drink and enjoy order and organization, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will include serving food and drinks and managing your own cash register. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.
Who are you?
To be suitable for the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience with concept-driven operations. Since the work primarily involves communicating with guests, good skills in Swedish and English are a prerequisite. Speaking an additional language is meritorious.
Most importantly, we value your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a perceptive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and overall results. It is also important that you can convey excellent hospitality to the hotel's guests.
