Lammet & Grisen, located in the popular ski area of Lindvallen, is Sälen's most visited evening restaurant, accommodating up to 550 guests per night, 4-6 days a week. Our specialty is whole-roasted fillets, which are carved for guests right in the restaurant. We maintain a very high quality standard and are known for having friendly staff.
Our wine list is world-class, featuring over 900 wines. The restaurant includes a beautifully designed wine cellar, built with old brick and glass, housing 3000 bottles. The serving staff has the assistance of a sommelier for serving advanced wines from the cellar. Our staff receives continuous wine training throughout the season. We offer our employees a highly developmental environment.
The restaurant has a well-regarded bar that serves both guests and the lounge, functioning as a spirits cash register. We operate with "order and tidiness," and we prefer our staff to have a cheerful and fresh attitude.
If you enjoy winter and skiing, that’s a plus since we are located in a winter sports resort. A good sense of order, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate are essential. A cheerful demeanor is a must!
You should have at least 1 year of experience in à la carte service. The work is varied, but your primary responsibilities will involve serving food and beverages to our guests. You will work a lot with food and wine combinations, so an interest in wine/beverages is important.
During the season, we experience an incredible workload that places high demands on our staff. Working as a team is crucial for us. We work together to ensure a satisfied guest.
