Service Staff / Barback

H & K is a cocktail bar/restaurant located in Södermalm. Here, friends, acquaintances, families, and colleagues can relax with good food and drinks in a pleasant retro-modern environment. We are now seeking to strengthen our team with service staff/barbacks for our establishment. The focus is on a cozy lounge atmosphere where guests can unwind with classic and modern cocktails, beer, snacks, and meals accompanied by suitable music. In this role, you will serve guests, take bar and table orders directly from them, seat guests appropriately in the venue, explain the menu and the various cocktails and dishes. You will maintain a proper and correct service attitude towards guests and be sociable according to etiquette, while also being unafraid to show your personality. You will assist with the warming and simple preparation of dishes and snacks on our menu. This role also includes keeping the bar organized, assisting the bartender with orders and preparations, cleaning, and following procedures and cash handling. We are looking for someone with several years of experience working in a bar and who can work independently. We have a wide drink menu featuring various beers, wines, drinks, cocktails, and much more. The position is part-time, with hours on Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (6 shifts per month) and potentially on weekends.
