As a Service Technician with us at Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, you will not only service and repair forklifts; you will also make a real difference in our customers' daily operations. We have around 65 service technicians in Sweden, and together we possess immense expertise and pride in what we do.
This is a broad role suitable for someone with a natural aptitude for hands-on work, covering tasks such as electrical mechanics, hydraulics, and welding.
What You Will Do
You will work on servicing and supporting, installing, configuring, calibrating, commissioning, and testing forklifts. This means you will troubleshoot, identify technical problems, and implement appropriate solutions. You may also train the customer's staff in the use of our forklifts.
You will work from home and serve our customers in Säffle, Åmål, and Karlstad and surrounding areas.
What We Believe You Can Do
• You have a couple of years of experience as a vehicle mechanic or similar
• You enjoy technology and are not afraid to repair, test, and solve problems
• You have high technical competence in forklifts or a similar field
• You have good knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and current legislation (we offer training as needed)
• You can express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• You possess a valid driver's license (category B)
Who You Are
You are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and meticulous. You plan your work in collaboration with the service manager for your area and maintain good structure and foresight. A vital part of the job is documentation, and you need to be accustomed to daily administration. You will meet many people in your work, so we value your social skills and would like you to have a business interest, as our technicians are often the closest advisors to our customers.
