About the Role
The role of Service Technician, Transporter & Warehouse Manager involves responsibility for delivery, installation, service, and maintenance of products, as well as transportation to and from customers. You will also be responsible for the operation, structure, and organization of the warehouse. The role requires you to plan your work independently.
Your main responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and perform maintenance service, repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, problem-solving, and new installations (Installation Control)
• Carry out deliveries, loading at our warehouse, transportation, and unloading at customer sites
• Plan, structure, and manage the daily operations of the warehouse with consideration to incoming deliveries, etc.
• Ensure warehouse organization, inventory, and accurate stock levels
• Maintain customer contact in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Contribute to the efficiency of routines, logistics, and customer satisfaction
We are looking for someone who
• Has experience in service work, installation, transportation, and is service-oriented and relationship-building
• Has experience in customer contact or field service
• Is practically and technically inclined with experience in technology, mechanics, or logistics
• Is computer literate with very good knowledge of and experience with the Office suite and the Internet
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working independently with high stress tolerance
• Has knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing machines or equipment
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can communicate verbally in English
• Holds a BE driver's license
• Has a forklift license
Meritorious
• Experience in warehouse management through system support such as Pyramid or equivalent
• Experience operating a crane mounted on a light truck
