ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for someone who wants to work towards creating a safe, functional, and modern everyday life within Support, Care, and Services. In the operational area of Support, Care, and Services, we actively engage in our digital development. Therefore, we are seeking a service technician who wants to work practically and contribute to ensuring that the technical functions of the operations work as they should – every day. As a service technician, you will be part of a team focused on digital solutions and practical service work within the operations. The role encompasses service, maintenance, and simpler technical tasks, including janitorial duties, handling bed technology, and operation vehicles. Oversight and basic measures on equipment such as locks, key cabinets, alarms, and accessories are also included. You will receive and address service requests on-site, document your efforts, and, if necessary, escalate larger or more complex issues to the responsible function. You will provide support when the system administrator is unavailable, taking responsibility for urgent tasks, acting as the first point of contact with users or suppliers, and ensuring the operations continue to function until the responsible party returns. The work is independent but conducted in close collaboration with the system administrator. The focus is on practical implementation, and the role suits you if you thrive on solving problems on-site and want to contribute to a smoothly operating environment for both colleagues and the organization. YOUR PROFILE We believe in the right competence in the right place. We are primarily looking for someone with experience in technical service work, property-related services, or janitorial tasks. Education in technology, electrical engineering, service, or property management is a plus, but not a requirement if you have relevant practical experience. You possess good digital skills, find it easy to understand routines and digital systems related to service, orders, or documentation. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can communicate clearly as well as document completed tasks accurately. A valid driver’s license (Category B) is a requirement for this position. We value collaboration and are willing to help when needed.
