This role involves working with our clients in central Sweden on various types of automation systems. This includes conveyor systems, sorting machines, and autonomous robots. The role includes access to a service vehicle and performing both planned maintenance and urgent troubleshooting for clients. Travel with overnight stays is common and a natural part of the job.
Today, we have an established team of service technicians with high technical competence in the Mälardalen region. We are now looking for someone who wants to strengthen and develop our team in the area. Your employment will be based in Mälardalen, but the field of work is broad, and we are flexible in allowing you to often start directly from home depending on the assignment.
In this role, you are required to find solutions to complex problems and strive to identify the root cause, subsequently contributing to a routine to prevent future issues.
Main responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance of automation and other technical equipment.
• Identify new deviations and follow up on old ones in a methodical and documented manner.
• Introduce users to preventive maintenance and good management of technical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Work on developing and implementing continuous improvements.
• Act as a contact for suppliers of automation and related mechanical or technical equipment, both nationally and internationally.

Requirements for the role:
• Secondary education in electrical, energy, technology, or equivalent competencies acquired in another way.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.
• Experience as a Service Technician, preferably within warehouse automation, but other forms of industry experience or equivalent are also meritorious.
• Basic understanding of electricity and electrical safety.
