About the Position:
As a service technician, you will work with our customers, installing our payment solutions. You will also handle incoming cases and work on solving problems at customer sites. Additionally, you will provide customer support via telephone.
Your primary tasks will include:
• Installation and service of hardware and software
• Hardware delivery to customers
• Basic telephone support
• Logging cases in CRM system
• Product troubleshooting
You will operate from our office, and we provide a service vehicle for customer visits. The position may also involve on-call duty with work during non-standard hours.
Who Are You?
The position involves significant customer contact, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys customer interactions. To succeed in this role, you need basic competence or experience in IT and technology. You should be handy and able to work independently and solution-oriented.
We are seeking candidates who have:
• Technical or equivalent education
• Genuine interest in IT
• Desire to work with people and provide service
• Previous experience in similar positions
• Class B driver's license
Experience with routers/switches and previous network work is a plus.
