Service Technician for Elajo Bredaryd Automation

About the Position In the role of service technician in automation at Elajo Bredaryd, you will be responsible for service assignments, installation, troubleshooting, as well as commissioning and maintenance of automation systems and related equipment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Performing troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance within electrical, control, and automation systems • Commissioning and upgrading technical facilities and machinery • Carrying out installations, adjustments, and modifications of electrical and technical equipment • Providing technical support to customers and colleagues both on-site and remotely • Ensuring documentation and reporting of completed work You will work closely with our customers and become part of an experienced and dedicated service team where we value collaboration and support each other. Qualifications for the Role • Electrical education in automation or equivalent technical education at the high school level • Experience in service and troubleshooting within automation is a requirement • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation • Familiarity with systems and computers • A valid driver's license (B category) is required We prefer candidates who are curious about new technology and wish to develop within automation technology. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as service orientation, responsibility, and good teamwork skills. This position may require you to undergo a security clearance based on applicable regulations regarding security protection.
