In this role, you will be an essential part of the service operation - responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of automatic entry systems at customer sites. Your work will take place on-site with customers, and you will start from home using a service vehicle.
Work area: Södertälje, Trosa, Gnesta and surrounding areas.
Important: To be considered for the role, you need to reside within Södertälje Municipality or nearby (e.g., Trosa or Gnesta) - maximum approximately 30 minutes by car - as you will be starting from home with a service vehicle.
As a service technician, you are our face to the customer and work closely with clients. The tasks include:
- Plan and execute service assignments independently
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automatic door systems
- Suggest improvements, upgrades, and additional services
- Provide price quotes to customers according to the price list or in consultation with the service leader
- Document work digitally and provide feedback to customers
- Ensure that the service vehicle, tools, and equipment are always in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
You will collaborate with colleagues in both service, sales, and technical support - together we ensure high quality and satisfied customers!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in customer interactions. You are structured, self-motivated, and enjoy practical work.
Requirements:
• High school education in technology/mechanics or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in mechanics and low voltage - experience in troubleshooting is an advantage
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., MS Office)
• Familiarity with planning tools such as FMP360 is beneficial
• Class B driver's license
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic English
