About the Position
As a service technician at Corob, you will work on clarifying and testing color mixing machines before customer delivery. You will handle spare parts, connect machines with software, provide support to traveling technicians, and communicate with customers via phone and email. The role is stationed in Gothenburg, where we service over 3,500 color mixing machines. Work is performed in our workshop and warehouse, non-traveling, but opportunity to accompany technicians is available if interested.
You will become part of a team with three colleagues of varying ages and experience, where collaboration and team spirit are the focus. The facilities are newly renovated, located in a green business area.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Technical high school education or experience as an IT technician, mechanic, or electrician
* Good computer skills and technical understanding
* Experience with troubleshooting and customer support
* Swedish spoken and written, English is important - Danish/Norwegian is meritorious
* Social and service-oriented personality with interest in technology
Meritorious:
* Driving license and forklift certification (can be arranged if needed)
* Experience in color, coffee, or white goods service
* Business system and network understanding
