Job Responsibilities
As a service technician, you will play a central role in Aircenter's operations. Your daily work consists of customer visits in Helsingborg and surrounding areas, where you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and new installations of compressors and associated peripheral equipment. Work environments vary – from car workshops and mechanical workshops to larger industrial facilities. You therefore need to be flexible and adaptable to different types of businesses.
You will work from the office in Helsingborg or from home with a fully equipped service vehicle. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Performing installations, troubleshooting, and repairs of compressors and associated equipment
• Collaborating with the team to solve technical problems and perform urgent repairs
• Cooperating with colleagues to resolve technical challenges and urgent repairs
• Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize customer downtime
• Documenting work and writing clear service reports
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has previous experience as a service technician, preferably in electrical and/or mechanical fields
• Has experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Has a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more in the field
• Has good computer skills
• Holds a valid driver's license (B-class)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To thrive in the role of service technician, you need to be communicative with an ability to build and develop trustworthy customer relationships. Structured planning and careful work, from the first customer contact to reporting, are of utmost importance. We also value flexibility and the ability to quickly reschedule your work on short notice. You are a person who enjoys both independent work and collaborating in a group to achieve common goals.
