Service Technician - Telecom, Data, and Fiber

Installationsgruppen in Stockholm AB was founded in 2002 and is still managed by its founders. At Installationsgruppen, we exclusively work with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunications, data, fiber, alarm systems, camera surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages and installs physical infrastructure. Installations vary in scope from complete turnkey projects to smaller service work. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects and a strong customer focus. The business is growing, and we need to hire more competent employees. Service Technician Tele-Data-Fiber Are you passionate about technology and customer service? As a Service Technician at Installationsgruppen, you will primarily work with installations, service, and maintenance of telecommunications, data, and fiber network solutions for our customers in the Greater Stockholm area. You will plan and schedule jobs independently, print work orders, and provide feedback. Troubleshooting and problem-solving are also part of the work. You will have significant customer contact and close collaboration with other technicians and customer service personnel. This means both your technical and social skills will be valuable, and this combination is likely the challenge you're looking for in your next role. We are seeking candidates who have successfully worked in similar positions. Alternatively, you may have experience with other technical installations in related industries but have a strong drive to learn what you don't know today. Regardless of your background, you need to be a productive person accustomed to delivering high-quality service with satisfied customers as a result. Your strong work ethic and natural service mindset come naturally. We assume you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
