Your new position This is a recruitment for our long-standing client Teledyne FLIR in Täby. One of our largest clients is looking to complement their team with a technician who services and repairs IR cameras. Your main responsibilities • Perform routine repairs, diagnostics, service, support, and upgrades of products • Assist R&D in the development and implementation of system upgrades • Contribute to the development of standard procedures for repair and maintenance according to company standards • Provide effective customer support via phone/remote support regarding technical repair issues when needed Travel may occur as part of the role. Your background The right candidate should have studied engineering at least at the high school level or preferably have higher post-secondary education. You have experience with repairs, troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment such as measuring instruments, cameras, geological devices/machines, or other technical equipment. We are looking for someone who wants to learn even more about technology, and Teledyne FLIR can also train you in areas where you may lack experience. Requirements: Proficient in Swedish and English, as well as a driver's license (occasionally you will drive out to test the product you just repaired). You as a person Your personal qualities are very important. Taking significant personal responsibility for planning your work is not a problem for you. You enjoy working both in a team and independently.
