Service Technician Stockholm

Dematek AB is the most comprehensive supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training in the market. We are represented throughout Sweden, our customers appreciate us, and we are growing! We are now looking for two additional service technicians in Stockholm. You will have the opportunity to work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek. About You: You will be offered a position where you manage your workdays and organize your tasks independently at our customers' sites. We believe you value working with freedom under responsibility. At our customers, you will perform preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as overhead cranes, hoists, pillar jib cranes, and much more related to lifting. We would like you to be an open person who enjoys having a lot of customer contact and likes to sell both our services and products. You will have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and many colleagues to call upon when you need assistance. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has: • A strong interest in technology • Electrical competence • Previous experience as a service technician • Familiarity with commonly used administrative systems • A valid driver's license (B) • Basic knowledge of English • Swedish citizenship, as some jobs require security clearance assessments Experience with PLC programming is an advantage. The willingness to learn is valued more than ticking the right education and background. Please specify why you are the right fit for Dematek! The work can sometimes be physically demanding, and since it may occur at heights, you must be able to obtain a medical certificate for climbing at significant height differences. Work underground may also occur. We would like you to have a strong interest in technology, be meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. We expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish. Other Information: We believe you reside in Stockholm or the surrounding area, and you will be based at our office/workshop with the possibility of having your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time. Many of our customers require security clearance. Therefore, it is important that you have a clean criminal record and a stable and good financial background. Some customers may also conduct alcohol and drug tests as part of their safety procedures.
