Service Technician for Home Appliances – Gothenburg
About the Company
A well-established and market-leading company in professional laundry and home appliance equipment is now seeking a service technician to join its team in Gothenburg. The company offers customized solutions for everything from multi-family residential buildings and hotels to public institutions and is known for its high quality and service.
About the Position
As a service technician, you will play a central role in the company’s service operations. You will be responsible for installations, preventive maintenance, and warranty issues, primarily for clients such as housing cooperatives and property owners in and around Gothenburg. The role entails both independent work at customer sites and close collaboration with the sales department to ensure long-term customer relationships.
We are looking for you who
To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience in service and repairs, preferably in Electrical, HVAC, or home appliances. Specific qualifications are:
- Technical background with experience in repairs and troubleshooting
- Preferred: experience in repairing laundry equipment or similar equipment
- Preferred: electrical certification or relevant technical education
- Good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English
- Experience with B2B clients, preferably in the HVAC or electrical industry, is an advantage
- A valid driver's license (Category B) is required
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and enjoys independent work
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Engaged and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
