JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a service technician with coordination responsibilities, you will work closely with the head of the Operations & Service unit. This service department works with maintenance of our properties, inventory, and operations. Your primary responsibility will involve both daily operations and annual planning, coordinating and following up on the unit's work, and serving as an internal contact person and support. Together with your team, you will be the primary competence in property technology for the operational area. This means you will be responsible for maintenance and support such as fire system inspections, lock replacements, machine servicing, property routines, inventory, equipment service, operational collaboration, inspections, recycling, and scheduling contractors.
In this role, you will also work with the manager/prison inspector to ensure properties meet a reasonable standard in line with the Prison Service's needs, plan and be responsible for specifications, self-inspections, and assessments, and ensure that major work is carried out by suppliers or in cooperation with the landlord.
Administrative tasks such as handling orders and invoices are also included.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who can plan work efficiently and systematically. You have a positive attitude and act responsibly and independently in accordance with decisions. You are good at communicating and have a desire to find collaborative solutions. Good cooperation skills and high service orientation are crucial.

Requirements:
- Complete high school diploma or equivalent education as assessed by the employer
- B Driver's License
- Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
Meritorious:
• Work experience in property management or property services
• Experience in leadership positions or personnel planning
• Experience in correctional services and familiarity with prison service routines
