In the role of Service Technician, you will load and unload machines, receive returns, conduct damage inspections, clean and perform functional checks on machines, as well as carry out minor repairs. You will work with our entire rental range, which consists of construction machinery, lifts, and earthmoving equipment.
When working with equipment rental and sales, you will follow up on ongoing rentals, receive orders, book and coordinate transports. Based on customer needs, you will provide service, advice, and information about Cramo's products.

Previous Experience
• B driver's license

We would prefer you to have experience in service-related work, but the most important thing is that you have a desire to provide fantastic service. You enjoy engaging with customers, aiming to create value and meet a need or solve a problem, even in situations that may become a bit more stressful. You take responsibility and act proactively, for example, by suggesting alternative solutions that are better for the customer and understanding that this contributes to customer satisfaction. Your good structure and attention to detail also help ensure that the customer feels you have exceeded their expectations.
We do not expect you to have knowledge of our products, but we value curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow with us. Having a forklift license is a plus.
