Are you a driven and experienced service technician in technology, mechanics, electrical systems, and machine control? The role of the service technician is central to ensuring MachineSystem's technical quality and customer satisfaction. Through installation, service, support, and customer training, this role contributes to growth and strong customer relationships.
As a service technician, you are a key person in ensuring effective and safe solutions for MachineSystem's contractor customers in the earthworks and construction sector. You will work independently with the assembly, service, and repair of machine control and measuring equipment, serving as an important technical support to both customers and the sales department.
In this role, you will work with:
• Performing assembly, service, and technical support in the field
• Acting as technical sales support within the region
• Managing inventory and service vehicles
• Handling reporting, invoicing, and warranty cases
• Providing feedback to customers and training during assembly
• Documenting work according to procedures
To succeed in this role, you have:
• 2 years of vocational education in workshop technology or automotive, or similar / Alternatively, 5 years of experience in similar professions after education
• Experience in earthworks and construction
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in using Windows/Android computers/tablets, including Office software
• Familiarity with excavation/load machines, including moving, digging, and changing buckets, etc.
