As a Service Technician with us at Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, we not only service and repair forklifts, but you also make a real difference in our customers' daily lives. We have about 65 service technicians in Sweden, and together we possess a vast amount of expertise and pride in what we do.
This is a broad role that suits a naturally hands-on person and involves work with electrical mechanics, hydraulics, and welding.
What you will do
You will work with service and support, installation, configuration, calibration, commissioning, and testing of forklifts. This means you will troubleshoot, identify technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions. You may also train customer staff on the use of our forklifts.
You will work from home and serve our customers in Borlänge, Avesta, and Fagersta, and surrounding areas.
What we believe you can bring
• You have a couple of years of experience as a vehicle mechanic or similar
• You enjoy technology and are not afraid to disassemble, test, and solve problems
• You have high technical competence in forklifts or a similar field
• You have good knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and current legislation (we provide training if needed)
• You can express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• You possess a valid class B driving license
Who you are
You are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and meticulous. You plan your work together with the service manager for your area and have good structure and foresight. An important part of the job involves documentation, so you need to be accustomed to daily administration. You will meet many people in your work, so we value your social skills and would like to see you have a business mindset since our technicians often serve as the closest advisors to our customers.
