Service Technician

Flexible Personnel is seeking a Service Technician for our client based in Mariannelund, with a work area covering the entire Småland region. When traveling directly to the customer, you will be departing from home. The company is a leading player in industrial service, mechanical maintenance, and product sales, with specialized expertise in electromechanical systems, bearings, transmissions, seals, and pumps. We offer the complete chain from product delivery to installation, maintenance, and repairs. We have branches in 11 locations across Sweden, with our main office in Jönköping. Job Responsibilities We are seeking candidates with experience as a service technician, mechanic, or maintenance technician. Job tasks involve service and maintenance at various customer sites, including sawmills, paper industry, and dairy facilities. This includes troubleshooting and repairs of pumps, electric motors, fans, and gearboxes, with the majority of work performed on-site. Electrical knowledge is considered an advantage. You will have extensive customer contact. You are driven and forward-thinking, with the ability to act as a sales-oriented technician for potential additional work. Personal Characteristics You are independent, solution-oriented, and proactive. You have no issues with travel within the job, and you can operate from home. You have a good workplace safety mindset. Your personality is a key success factor for this position. Position Details This is a temporary placement that may transition to a permanent position with the client for the right candidate. The role involves travel and potential overnight stays. You will receive a comprehensive introduction from the client and have the opportunity to work and get to know your colleagues before being assigned independent tasks.
